VaultLabs publishes delivery terms for the seven emirates only. For a researcher in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman or Jordan, that settles the first question about VaultLabs and GCC orders.
We compared VaultLabs for the UAE and for Abu Dhabi. This guide is for readers in the wider Gulf.
Every statement about VaultLabs below comes from vaultlabs.shop. We first checked it on 8 October 2026 and checked again on 12 October 2026. Nothing here comments on the quality of anyone’s products.
Quick answer: On VaultLabs and GCC delivery, its published shipping policy names the seven emirates and no other country. So a buyer in Riyadh, Doha, Kuwait City, Manama, Muscat or Amman needs a supplier that ships across borders. SHLabz sends vials and topicals (the GHK-Cu serum and hair spray) to those six countries in 3–5 working days, for AED 60, free over AED 2,500. Pens and nasal sprays stay in the UAE.
What VaultLabs Publishes About GCC Delivery
On 8 October 2026, VaultLabs’ FAQ answered the question of international shipping directly: it said it currently shipped within the UAE only. In practice, that meant a buyer elsewhere in the GCC needed a different supplier.
When we checked again on 12 October 2026, the wording had moved. The FAQ no longer carried a question on international shipping. Instead, its shipping policy said it “dispatches across All seven emirates” and listed them by name. It did not mention any country outside the UAE.
So the practical answer on VaultLabs and GCC delivery is the same on both dates. However, wording on supplier sites changes often. Before you plan an order, read the current policy on vaultlabs.shop, or ask VaultLabs directly whether GCC delivery has been added.
If Not VaultLabs: SHLabz Delivery Across the GCC
SHLabz ships freeze-dried vials and topicals (the GHK-Cu serum and hair spray) to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Jordan in 3–5 working days. Delivery costs AED 60, free on orders over AED 2,500, and orders placed before 12:00 UAE time on a working day leave the same day. After that, they leave the next working day, and we process orders Monday to Friday, except on UAE public holidays. Nasal sprays stay in the UAE, because they need a cold chain a multi-day crossing cannot guarantee. Pens stay in the UAE too.
Nasal sprays hold a solution that needs 2–8 °C from filling, and a multi-day crossing cannot promise that. Sealed vials, on the other hand, are stable at room temperature when they stay dry and dark.
| GCC buyer | SHLabz | VaultLabs |
|---|---|---|
| Ships outside the UAE | KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan | Policy lists the seven emirates only |
| Fee | AED 60, free over AED 2,500 | Not applicable |
| Timing | 3–5 working days | Not applicable |
| Formats across borders | Vials and topicals; pens and nasal sprays UAE-only | Not applicable |
Country by Country: The GCC Beyond VaultLabs’ Seven Emirates
Each destination brings its own regulator and its own climate. Here is what a researcher in each place should keep in mind, beyond the VaultLabs GCC question.
Saudi Arabia
The Saudi Food and Drug Authority oversees drug imports. On 29 September 2026, it announced legal action against online sellers of unregistered peptide products. It cited Article 34(2) of its pharmaceutical law, with penalties of up to SAR 5 million, five years in prison, or both. Tamara is available to SHLabz customers in Saudi Arabia as well as the UAE.
These rules sit with the recipient, not with the seller. So whether a researcher looks at VaultLabs or at any other supplier, GCC import law applies in the same way. A seller’s “research use only” label does not change it.
Qatar
SHLabz ships to Qatar in 3–5 working days. On 27 August 2026, The Peninsula reported a Ministry of Public Health circular. It bans importing, trading, using or promoting unlicensed peptide preparations. Labels such as “for research purposes” give no exemption when a product is used or promoted for human use.
Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Jordan
Kuwait’s Ministry of Health, Bahrain’s National Health Regulatory Authority, Oman’s Ministry of Health and Jordan’s Food and Drug Administration each set import rules. In every case, the recipient is responsible for meeting them, along with any duties. Our GCC guide lists the regulator for each country.
Why Sealed Vials Travel Well Across the GCC
Summer in the Gulf is hot. Riyadh’s average July high sits around 43 °C, and a parcel may wait in a depot along the way. Even so, sealed lyophilised powder does not require a cold chain. Moisture and light damage dry peptide far more than a few warm days do, and a sealed vial keeps moisture out.
That is why GCC vial orders travel sealed, without cold chain, and why that is fine for the chemistry. Inside the UAE, by contrast, every order travels under cold chain, in an insulated pouch with frozen gel packs. Sealed powder does not need it there; we do it anyway, because it removes a variable and the handling difference is small.
After reconstitution, the picture changes. A solution belongs at 2–8 °C and should never be frozen. Our storage guide sets out the full rules.
Certificates for VaultLabs and GCC Buyers Alike
A cross-border return is slow, so read the certificate before the order, not after. SHLabz publishes Janoshik Analytical certificates by batch on our lab results page. Each entry links to Janoshik’s own record of the test.
What a Good Certificate Shows
- Purity by HPLC. The main peak as a share of all detected peaks. It says nothing about how much peptide sits in the vial.
- Identity. Mass spectrometry shows whether the observed mass matches the expected one.
- Content. The measured milligrams in the vial. Counter-ions such as TFA or acetate, and residual water, add weight that is not peptide.
- Batch match. The batch on the report must match the batch on the vial.
- Named laboratory. An independent lab that you can contact and check.
A Worked Example
Take our BPC-157 10 mg batch BC10/2026-0310. Janoshik analysed it on 19 March 2026 and reported purity of 99.764% and content of 9.72 mg. Janoshik states that every report in its database can be verified through the Verify tab on its site or the QR code on the report. So a buyer in Kuwait can confirm the figures with the lab, not just with us.
Not every product has a published certificate yet. The current list covers SH-R, GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, NAD+, KLOW Blend, CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Ipamorelin. Still, an independent laboratory tests every batch, and we send any report not yet listed on request.
A VaultLabs vs SHLabz GCC Checklist
These checks apply to any supplier, whether you started with VaultLabs for GCC delivery or with anyone else. They describe what a good answer looks like:
- Coverage. First, confirm the supplier ships to your country today, in its current written policy.
- Window. Next, look for a delivery time in working days and a daily dispatch cut-off.
- Fee. Check for a flat fee and a clear free-delivery threshold.
- Formats. Ask which formats cross borders. A good answer keeps solutions inside the UAE.
- Certificate. Ask for a batch-specific report from a named, independent lab.
- Verification. Then check the report on the lab’s own site.
- Labels. Expect labelled vials with batch numbers, never unlabelled stock.
- Local law. Finally, read your regulator’s current position before you order.
VaultLabs or Not: Paying and Receiving in the GCC
SHLabz accepts card, Apple Pay and crypto, plus Tamara in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Cash or card on delivery is offered in the UAE only. For that reason, GCC orders are paid at checkout.
When the parcel arrives, check that each seal is intact. Next, match the batch on each vial to its certificate and log it. Then store sealed vials somewhere dry and dark at room temperature; a freezer is not needed. For the next step in the lab, see our reconstitution guide.
Timing an Order Around Holidays
A delivery window counts working days, so holidays stretch it. We process orders Monday to Friday, and UAE public holidays pause dispatch. Meanwhile, couriers and customs in your own country keep their own calendar. As a result, an order placed the day before Eid may take longer than the usual 3–5 working days.
The fix is simple: order early when a holiday is near. Also, plan the work so that the vials arrive before the study needs them, not on the same day. Sealed powder keeps well on a dry shelf, so a few spare days cost nothing.
Damage, Loss and Returns
Ask any supplier, in writing, what happens if a parcel is damaged, lost or held at a border. A good answer names the steps, the time limit for reporting a problem and what evidence it needs, such as photos of the box and the vial labels. Similarly, ask whether a return can cross a border at all. Some materials cannot go back once they leave, so the answer shapes how carefully you check before you order.
SHLabz’s optional shipping protection (AED 24.99 plus 5% of the order) covers one reship if a parcel is lost, stolen, damaged after delivery or seized or withheld by customs.
Comparison first verified 8 October 2026 and rechecked 12 October 2026. Supplier pages change, so check both sites for current details before ordering.
The Short Version
On VaultLabs and GCC orders, its FAQ said on 8 October 2026 that it shipped within the UAE only. On 12 October 2026, its shipping policy still listed only the seven emirates. SHLabz ships freeze-dried vials and topicals (serum and hair spray) across the GCC and to Jordan in 3–5 working days for AED 60, free over AED 2,500, with optional customs protection.
In short, for VaultLabs or any GCC supplier, check coverage first, then the certificate. Verify the report with the lab, and read your own regulator’s rules before any parcel crosses a border.
