Ordering research peptides for the first time? Here is exactly what happens on a SHLabz first order, from browsing to unpacking.

A first order raises the same questions every time. Which format do I need? How do I know the vial holds what the label says? What happens if a parcel goes missing? This guide walks through a SHLabz first order and answers each question in the order you meet it.

Everything here comes from our published shipping and refund policies. Where a rule has an exception, we say so. Where something is outside our control, such as customs in another country, we say that too.

Your SHLabz First Order, Step by Step

1. Choose your product and format. Vials, pens, nasal sprays, a GHK-Cu serum or a hair spray. Sealed vials and topicals (serum and hair spray) ship to the GCC and Jordan; pens and nasal sprays ship within the UAE only. Not sure? See our format guide.
2. Check the certificate. Open the batch certificate on our lab results page and use the Verify link. If it isn’t listed, ask us.
3. Add bacteriostatic water if you need it. Freeze-dried vials need reconstituting; we stock 3 ml and 10 ml BAC water.
4. Decide on shipping protection. It costs AED 24.99 plus 5% of the order and reships once after loss, theft, damage or customs seizure. It must be added before paying.
5. Pay. Card, Apple Pay, Tamara (UAE and Saudi Arabia), cryptocurrency, or cash or card on delivery in the UAE.
6. Dispatch. Orders before 12:00 UAE time on a working day leave the same day.
7. Delivery. Same day in standard UAE zones, 1–3 working days to remote areas; 3–5 working days to the GCC and Jordan.
8. Unpack and store. Nasal sprays go straight into the fridge; sealed vials somewhere dry and dark at room temperature.

Step One: Choosing a Format

Most research peptides arrive as a freeze-dried powder in a sealed vial. That form is stable at room temperature when kept dry and dark. It also travels well, which is why sealed vials, together with our topicals (serum and hair spray), are the formats we send outside the UAE.

Nasal sprays are different. They hold a solution from the day they are filled, so they need 2–8 °C from arrival. For that reason, we deliver them within the UAE only, as we do pens. You can see the range on our nasal sprays page.

Vials and Sprays Side by Side

• Sealed vial. Powder; room temperature while sealed; needs reconstituting; ships to the UAE, GCC and Jordan.
• Serum and hair spray. Ready-made topicals; ship to the UAE, GCC and Jordan.
• Nasal spray. Solution; 2–8 °C from arrival; ready-made; UAE delivery only.

In short, if your lab sits outside the UAE, a SHLabz first order will be vials or topicals. If it sits inside the UAE, choose by your method rather than by convenience.

Checking the Certificate Before Your First SHLabz Order

An independent laboratory, Janoshik Analytical, tests every batch. We publish its certificates on our lab results page, one per batch. Each entry shows the batch number, the test date, the purity and the measured content.

Not every product has a published certificate yet. The current list covers SH-R, GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, NAD+, KLOW Blend, CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Ipamorelin. So if the product you want for your SHLabz first order is not listed, message us before you pay.

What Each Line Means

• HPLC purity. The main peak as a share of all peaks the detector saw. It is not the amount of peptide in the vial.
• Identity. Mass spectrometry compares the observed mass with the expected one.
• Content. Measured milligrams in one tested vial. Water and counter-ions such as TFA or acetate add weight that is not peptide.
• Batch. The batch on the report must match the batch on your vial.

A Worked Example

For example, our BPC-157 10 mg batch BC10/2026-0310 shows purity of 99.764% and content of 9.72 mg, tested on 19 March 2026. So the main peak was almost the whole trace, and the tested vial held just under its label. Next, open the Verify link, which takes you to Janoshik’s own record. Step Three: Bacteriostatic Water and Supplies

A freeze-dried vial needs a liquid before use in the lab. We stock bacteriostatic water in 3 ml and 10 ml vials, listed under supplies. Add it to your SHLabz first order, so everything arrives together.

To work out a concentration, divide the milligrams in the vial by the millilitres you add. For example, 10 mg in 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL. Our calculator does the same sum, and it shows the working.

Step Four: Shipping Protection

Shipping protection is optional reshipment cover. It costs AED 24.99 plus 5% of the order value, and it is unticked by default. If a protected parcel is lost in transit, stolen after delivery, damaged in transit or seized by customs, we send the order again once at our own cost.

However, it is a replacement, not a refund. It also has to be ticked before paying; we cannot add it afterwards. Without it, we cannot reship in any of those cases. It does not cover a wrong address or a parcel nobody accepted, either. So if a SHLabz first order crosses a border, think about it before you pay.

Paying for Your First SHLabz Order

We process every order in AED. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or cryptocurrency from anywhere we ship. Tamara is available for addresses in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Cash or card on delivery, meanwhile, applies to UAE orders only.

Whichever method you choose, the clock starts when payment confirms. So a SHLabz first order paid by card at 11:30 UAE time on a working day still makes same-day dispatch.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

Orders placed before 12:00 UAE time on a working day leave the same day. Later orders leave on the next working day. We process orders Monday to Friday, except on UAE public holidays.

After dispatch, UAE orders placed before 12:00 on a working day arrive the same day in our standard delivery zones (Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi city areas), at the normal UAE fee with no extra charge. Remote areas take 1–3 working days. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Jordan take 3–5 working days.

When Your First SHLabz Order Arrives

UAE orders come in an insulated pouch with four frozen gel packs. Sealed powder does not require it; we do it anyway, because it removes a variable. GCC parcels of sealed vials travel without it, which suits dry powder.

When a SHLabz first order arrives, check the seals, match batch numbers to certificates and refrigerate pens and nasal sprays at once. See receiving a cold-chain delivery and inspecting a vial. Storing Vials After Unpacking

• Sealed vials. Store them dry and dark at room temperature. No freezer is needed.
• After reconstitution. Keep the solution at 2–8 °C and never freeze it.
• Labels. Mark each mixed vial with the compound, mg/mL, date and batch.
• Records. Keep the certificate with the batch record.

If Something’s Wrong

Photograph it and message us on WhatsApp or email, Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 UAE time. Report it within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and a clear description. Also include photos of the outer box, the shipping label, the products and the inner packaging. An unboxing video is optional, but it speeds up a transit-damage claim.

If we confirm our error or verified transit damage, we send a replacement or refund the original payment method. Our refund policy sets out the full terms, including the cases we cannot refund.

Research Use and the Rules

Everything we sell is for laboratory research only. That matters more in 2026 than before. In July, the Emirates Drug Establishment acted against 71 sources selling unapproved peptide products. In September, the Saudi Food and Drug Authority began legal action against online sellers of unregistered peptides.
