Cagrilintide

Cagrilintide is a lipidated, long-acting analogue of the pancreatic hormone amylin, described by Kruse et al. (2021). It has been tested in clinical trials for obesity and type 2 diabetes, alone and combined with semaglutide (CagriSema), including the phase 3 REDEFINE programme.
